SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched on the following working day after receiving the payment in full. Products usually are received by our customers within 1-2 working days. Please note that with the prevailing situation and lockdowns, there may be a delay in receiving products. As our delivery is outsourced, please note that we are not responsible for any delays once the products have been dispatched.

We also have a pick-up option available from our location at 1C, 4thLane Ratmalana. Please note that if you do select the pickup option, prior notice should be given regarding time and date of arrival to one of our team members by contacting us on our number provided.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Summer Love offers NO refunds (except in the event of accepting a payment for a product that is no longer in stock)

Exchange for products made within 7 days of purchase only due to being faulty or damaged. Exchanges claimed after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be credited. To make a claim, the following will be required:

1. You are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase; and

2. The merchandise is in saleable condition, that is it is unworn or unused

3. The item is returned to us at the address provided/delivery charge covered by customer for exchange

Our team members will assess the item upon return to determine whether an exchange will be offered.
